999

999, founded in 1976, was part of the first batch of bands in the emerging London Punk scene. Part of their success was due to their commitment to performing in the smallest hamlets shunned by most bands. This move gave them a loyal fanbase which is still present when they start one of their many tours.

The band still consists of brothers Nick Cash and Guy Days, accompanied by Arturo Bassick, founding member of The Lurkers, and Stoo Meadows, formerly the drummer for Conflict.

Since 1977, they've released dozens of singles and albums. On its release, 'Homicide' was banned by the BBC, but it has found its way to the various soundtracks, including the popular game 'Grand Theft Auto 5'. Their most recent album is called 'Bish Bash Bosh', released in 2020.

In 2026, the band will celebrate their fiftieth anniversary with a series of concerts in all corners of the continent.
