The Membranes have been around since 1977, but they have constantly re-invented themselves throughout the years. WIth the release of the critically acclaimed album 'Dark Matter/Dark Energy' in 2015 and its successor 'What nature gives...nature takes away' in 2019, they have proven once more that this band is innovating, without compromise and above all original. The songs balance on the borders between genres, but the rebellious and independent attitude is and remains a constant presence.
The Membranes can also be booked with a choir, which provides a surprising combination with their agressive guitar sound.
