In 2017 Fred Velghe, core figure in the alternative scene in Leuven, Belgium, passed away. In January 2023 his friends are organizing an evening to commemorate him. This includes a concert by Sovjet War, the Leuven-based cult band who haven risen from their ashes. After the concert, there's an afterparty with fitting music.
